Boca S.r.l. was established in 1971, placed in San Pietro Mosezzo (NO) about 40 Km. far from Milan, is a leader company in the

field of design and production of custom made moulds both in aluminium and steel. 

Boca Srl consists by three units:

Modelling: BOCA Srl produces patterns for foundries in wood and metal, masters, maquettes of style, moulds for composite and thermoforming, injection and compression in aluminiumWith the last generation technological equipment’s support and highly specialized technicians work, it manages to give their customers products with no limits of size and/or complexity.

Technical office/ CAD-CAM modelling: Boca Srl realizes 3 or 5 axis works taking advantage of highly technological equipment. Boca S.r.l. design and realizes patterns or moulds from 2D drawings or 3D files, in all the main formats, and 3D scansions (reverse-engineering). Boca S.r.l. can work customer’s ideas throughout its technical office since it is equipped with the last generation CAD station.

Rotational moulds:Boca S.r.l. designs and realizes rotational moulds by fusion of aluminium & iron and steel sheet moulding by cnc fashioned fusion or by CAD-CAM working, Boca S.r.l. produces the mould from the customer’s ideas, developing the design and proposing alternative solutions.
Boca S.r.l. makes 3D images and drawings, taking advantage of the knowledge of rotational technology. Boca S.r.l. gives the customer sharp technological consulting, in order to achieve the highest standards of quality and reliability in the making of the commissioned item.
