MIXING VESSEL

Internal surfaces in contact with the material are made in stainless steel.

LID

Can be supplied in different configurations: opens vertically with appropriate lifting system, opens horizontally with lifting system operated by pneumatic cylinder. Safety end-stop with motor cut-off on opening. Equipped with attachments for product feed in liquid or powder form.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

By laterally-positioned thermocouple on the side of the mixing vat to control operating and safety temperatures.

DISCHARGE

Stainless steel stopper designed to fit the internal form of the vat. Operated by pneumatic cylinder.

MIXER TOOL

  •      Stainless steel construction with wear-resistant coating on parts affected by greatest friction.
  •      Numerous configurations and profiles available for different mixing requirements.
  •      Possibility to change the mixing tool configuration, from 4 to 3 stage, shape of only one blade.This configuration give the possibility to adapt the mixing tool for any different tipe of mixing formulations.
  •      In the case that one stage is damaged, only it will be replaced and not all the tool.
