Breakers

Single-shaft HZR Series are mainly used for pre-cut small packages of cut tires, consumer waste.

Two axial-ZRM Series are used for pre-cut large quantities of material or bulky materials such as films, tires, barrels, etc.

Shredders type HZR 1300 / 4 is specifically designed for efficient pre-cut pipe with thick walls, a diameter of up to 1200 mm, and maximum length of 6 m.

RL Series Shredders are used to reduce the size of the EPS and PUR foam.

Pulverisers

Pulverisers ZM for U-PVC, PE, PC, PVC, PMMA, etc. The Neue Herbold ZM pulverizer range is designed for pulverising of semi-rigid, brittle and impact resistant materials where a powdered product is required.

Granulators

LM series. The Neue Herbold LM range of granulators are specially designed for the size reduction of voluminous, medium and thin walled plastic waste materials. 

Granulators SM series...The Neue Herbold SM range of heavy duty granulators are specially designed for universal applications.

Waste washing & drying lines

Materials separation systems, metal detectors, cutting machines, washing machines, drying, storage, etc.

• For PE / PP - bottles facilities have a capacity of 250 to 2000 kg / h
• For PE / PP - boxes on the premises have a capacity ranging from 250 - 2000 kg / h
• For PE / PP - film waste (agricultural film / greenhouses or other waste of film) in potential flow range 250 - 2000 kg / h
• For PET - bottles facilities have a capacity for processing capacity performance between 250 - 1000 kg / h

MAS Dry cleaning plants

MAS dry cleaning plants are a modern and extremely economical alternative, or an optimal supplement, to conventional wet cleaning plants. Based on the tried-and-trusted DRD (Double Rotor Disc) technology, the plant combines the cleaning centrifuge with thermo-mechanical drying.
